Organizational leadership is about strategic decision-making to effectively navigate the shifting environments, resources, and paradigms of the business world.
These dynamics – and their effects on organizations and people – are at the heart of Fresno Pacific’s program, which focuses on participation, presentation, practice, and performance.
Build on your previous experience in the workplace as you survey human resource functions, gain a deeper understanding of legal and ethical considerations involved in employment, and develop sensitivity and appreciation for diversity within the workplace.
