Candidates receive a minimum of 40 hours of individual coaching during each year of the two-year program. Candidates engage in a minimum of 20 hours of professional learning experiences designed to develop competencies prescribed in the candidate’s IIP.

This program prepares candidates to be student-centered, ethical, and effective leaders in California schools and school districts.   The program meets California requirements to be eligible for the Clear Administrative Services Credential and service in administrative positions in grades Pre-K-12/Adult school systems.

ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵֱ²¥'s Education Unit seeks to prepare educators whose calling it is to be scholars, peacemakers, professionals, and leaders who carry out the beliefs of the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵֱ²¥ Idea in their diverse educational settings.

To be considered for admission for the Clear Administrative Services credential program, candidates are required to meet with the program coordinator before submitting an application.

After your meeting with the program coordinator, an admission representative will send you the application checklist which includes the following required items:

• Completed Application for Admission
• Clear Induction Application Form - Provide details on credentials currently held, preliminary credential provider and date of award.
• Verification of Employment - Complete the "Verification of Employment as an Administrator" form.
• Proof of Administrative Services Credential (CTC) - Submit proof of a valid, approved Preliminary Administrative Services Credential.
  • Important: If the document states "Certificate of Eligibliity" instead of "Preliminary", notify us immediately for guidance.

Graduates possess the skills, knowledge and experiences demanded by administrative roles in schools, backed by a commitment to ethics and service. They will be prepared for leadership within the school system. Courses meet all requirements for clearing the credential and continuing employment in an administrative position in grades K-12 in the state of California.
