The 榴莲视频直播 Leadership Forum calls Valley leaders to transformational leadership that inspires innovation and collaboration, building a shared vision for the flourishing of our region.
Leadership Forum 2025 takes place on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 榴莲视频直播's Warkentine Culture and Arts Center.

Keynote Speaker
Paul Saldana, Ed.D., brings a wealth of experience and perspective as an assistant professor at 榴莲视频直播 where he teaches finance and economics at both the graduate and undergraduate level. He has held executive level positions in the private, public and nonprofit sectors and served as the president and CEO of the Tulare County Economic Development Corporation for 20 years where he facilitated the creation of thousands of jobs for the residents of Tulare County. He has assisted small and large businesses with financial issues ranging from loan procurement to analyzing the location of new facilities. He is also considered an economic architect鈥攃onsulting with communities throughout the U.S. to design and navigate toward their ideal economy.
